SOLD - Elric is a 16.2 hand 2015 Percheron/Standardbred cross bay gelding. Elric has evented this year through the BN level at starter trials and rated events with ribbons. He is a cross country machine and will jump anything you point him at. He loves water, never looks at a ditch, bank or drop. He would jump fire if you asked him to. Elric is a lovely mover and his walk and trot are extremely comfortable. His canter is huge and still needs work on balance. Elric is a pleaser and tries everything you ask of him and never wants to do wrong. He is a forward horse but is ultimately safe and reliable. He was an Amish field and road horse before we got him so drives perfectly and has a lot of life experience. He is the same indoors, outdoors, on the trails and at shows. We truly believe that Elric would make a fantastic fox hunter and could go out right now and hunt. That being said he is a very talented jumper and should be able to event through the Preliminary level. Very gentle around other horses, can go out alone on in-company. Trailers, ties, stands for everything. Good manners, no vices, no maintenance. Easy to have around, current on all basic care.
