SOLD - Humphrey 141 is a 16.2 hand 6 year old Belgian/Standardbred cross chestnut roan gelding. Humphrey is a very kind and hard trying horse. He was an Amish field horse until we got him this year. He has since evented through the BN level with us. He tries hard to please and is a good egg. He has an “old soul” that makes him a pleasure to be around and ride. He is a good hack and we have even ridden him down the road alone. Humphrey is a brave jumper, goes through water and over ditches. He is the same at home as he is at shows. He has nice flat work but his canter does still need work on balance as he was not permitted to canter with the Amish while working. He wants to please so is learning quickly how to canter. Ties very well, trailers, stands for all grooming, bathing and tacking up. No known vices. Stalls and turns-out well. This boy needs to be a fox hunter!
