Odin is a 16.3 hand 2017 Belgian cross chestnut gelding. Odin just finished his 3rd year of foxhunting first flight with some of the best packs in Virginia. Odin has proven to be safe and reliable in the hunt field for an AA to hunt. He will jump anything even if the horse in-front of him stops. He is a very kind horse that wants to keep his rider safe. He has been hunting 1-2 times per week every season, all season without taking a bad step! He is great about water, bad terrain, field, woods and roads. He can get gates and change fields if needed. Odin has lovely ground manners and is a gentleman at all times. He is easy to handle and have around the farm. He lives in a mixed herd and is in the middle of the pack. Odin has also been ridden in the arena some and jumps around courses with ease. He hacks out all of the time and has even been hauled out of state for foxhunting and trail riding. This horse is a real gem and his new owner is going to be very lucky! Trailers, ties, clips, bathes, stands for farrier and vet work. Current on all basic care, rock sound, great feet! Odin hunted the entire 25/25 season (first flight) with no hind shoes! While Odin has been owned by a foxhunter he would easily be able to event and show as well!
