Princess Rose
Princess Rose is a 15.3 hand 12 year old registered Dutch Harness Horse black mare. She foxhunted half a dozen times last year and competed at the elementary level at starter trials with one of our working students. She has already been hound exercising this year, which she did with a 13 year old aboard. She jumps 3’ with room for more and is schooling training level dressage. She is pleasingly forward, but safe and sensible; the type of horse you just hop on bareback if you just want a relaxing ride around the farm. She is fun to hunt and good about the hounds. She is excellent to ride both outside and in, and is the type of horse you can give time off to and then get on and go right back to work. She’s a lovely mover; she has excellent joint articulation and is very elastic, so is also fun in dressage. She’s a great all-rounder or Pony Club type of horse. She is mannerly, both on the ground and under saddle. She is sound and healthy, in work, and ready to hunt or show. She has no vices.
