SOLD - Shadow 4227 is a 15.3 hand 2015 registered ADHHA brown gelding. Shadow has been out foxhunting and absolutely loves it! He is hunting 2nd field right now. Shadow jumps around courses and gymnastics (up to 3’9”) but has wings in his feet and can easily be a 4’ ++ horse. Shadow is schooling leg yield, shoulder-in, haunches-in, and half pass. He has shown at schooling dressage shows for two seasons and has shown through the first level in dressage. We’ve had Shadow for two years and he has been my favorite ride due to his high energy, sensitivity, and strong desire to please, along with his great gaits. He has a lovely walk and a fabulous canter. Shadow is a perfect gentleman on the ground at all times. He loves attention, though he is respectful of your space and has never been pushy. Shadow has never once offered to buck or rear under saddle, even if he is always brimming with energy. Shadow radiates kindness and never wants to do wrong. Shadow is a registered half Dutch Harness Horse. He is by Vaandrager, who showed successfully in the Netherlands, including winning the 2008 KWPN Stallion Competition, before he was imported to the US. Shadow is sound and healthy. He has fantastic feet and great legs. He is super easy to load, tie, stands for everything, perfect manners at shows too.
